After two disappointing attempts at Starbucks (disgusting chocolate cake) and Feinkost Böhm (6.25 euros for mediocre cake) we are back to the old school pastry shop Rosenstöckle. Delicious, great selection, fair prices.
There are excellent cakes here, especially rhubarb and plum cakes are a treat
Nice and reasonable price cakes!
Delicious cakes
The cakes taste like homemade.
Everything so delicious !!
For a long time, the cakes were the best in the area and the shop is very clean and simple but appropriately furnished. But then there was a short phase (two months approx) in which the cake lost its quality extremely. It was fresh and certainly okay, but the taste was bland. Meanwhile it's better again and I hope something like that doesn't happen again, because I like the shop a lot and there is hardly any alternative. I hope the rose bush survives the new lockdown. From me 5 stars, but due to the changing quality 3 - 4 stars
It's good that it's still normal; I haven't been to the café, they will make up for it, as they also offer lunch with 3 inexpensive dishes ... Cakes were very tasty, juicy and fresh (Die). Oh yes, they are Stuttgart prices - it will probably be like that in the entire Euro-6 zone ... 😡
Very nice staff and accommodating. How familiar one is treated here, I only know from earlier in the country. The selection of cakes is great and tastes "like it used to". I am pleased to have found a traditional confectionery in Stuttgart. Prices are also okay according to the times.
Wonderful delicious cake very friendly also offers lunch different proposals to choose from.
Nice little cafe, especially recommended the large selection of cakes, delicious.
Cold atmosphere very impersonal, good coffee and cake.
Good cakes!
Best cake i ever had in Stuttgart ♡
Delicious cake and great cappuccino as well as friendly and fast service
I have known since my childhood and is still as good as before.
On Sundays we arrived at Cafe Rosenstöckle 2.5 hours before closing time, only to find out that the display is sold out - no cake left! Impossible! Is there only enough baked here to supply the aged regular customers?
At this cafe / pastry shop you have to make a clear distinction between the quality of the goods on the one hand and the service quality on the other: the cakes and pies are very good. The service and service are underground. Regularly and on all opening days (see below) and at all times, the selection is deficient. Actually, there is never the entire spectrum of cream pies, cakes and other baked goods. There are always several varieties missing; regularly no or only a few cream pies are on sale. The Hauptärgernis but the opening times. Preferably on holidays, e.g. Day of the German unity or also on bridging days is closed, without that one understands somehow or before that can inform about it. There are a few friendly sales assistants. Otherwise one has the impression that it is "a mercy" to buy goods.
Baked goods fresh, quality good, prices however overpriced. 9 euros for 100 grams of cheese pastry? There must knit a long Omma for ...
Pretty cafe at home. The logo is also fashionable. Delicious cake with Hochland coffee. The staff is also gentle, lunch menu and baked goods seems to be delicious so I will come again!
Cozy cafe (with about 36 seats) with very nice staff
Cool small and old place. Feels authentic.
